Lettings Officer

£8.35 per hour
10 hours per week (minimum) – fixed term contract, possibly leading to a permanent contract

We require a part time enthusiastic and committed Lettings Officer to assist in the running of activities which operate out of school core hours. Duties will include the set up of equipment, equipment and facilities monitoring and checking, managing operational procedures, cleaning duties and dealing with members of the public and third party users. The post also involves a key responsibility for the security of the school.

The successful candidate will need to be organised, flexible and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage. The hours of work would be negotiated and will be evenings and occasional weekends as required by third party lettings.
