Summer School 2019

South Wirral High School’s highly successful Summer School will be returning for it’s 5th year. It will run for 1 week from Thursday 25th July to Wednesday 31st July. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided each day. The day will start at 8:30 am for 9 am and finish at 2 pm.

Included will be a variety of exciting activities each day. Activities already planned include some practical artwork, computing and outdoor pursuits as well as activities that will boost literacy and numeracy to help make a good start in September. At the end of the week, we are to close with a presentation and show afternoon which you are invited to.

The day timetables will be:

8:30 – 9:00 – Breakfast and daily welcome
9:00 – 10:15 – Activity 1
10:15 – 11:30 – Activity 2
11:30 – 12:00 – Lunch
12:00 – 13:00 – Activity 3
13:00 – 14:00 – Activity 4

The cost is £15 per day or £60 for the full week (5 days for the price of 4). The week is entirely FREE for pupil premium students, although there is a suggested donation of £20 to cover the cost of resources, activities and food during the week.
