A very warm welcome to all our new South Wirral High School students, and their families, who will be joining us in September. We are very excited to meet you all to welcome you to your new school.
We have set up this web-based resource containing some information you may find useful. Year 7 Welcome Day this year will be held on Wednesday 3rd July with a parents event during the evening. We are planning for summer transition activities for every student in August. More information on this will be sent out in the Summer term.

We have set up a course on our virtual learning platform, Google Classroom, for students to access a range of activities and information for transition. Keep an eye on the page for regular updates and the opportunity to speak to teachers before you join us. Every child matters at our high school and we are aspirational in everything you do. We want you to be a successful leader, be organised, show resilience and initiative, which means you become outstanding characters and the best version of yourself. There are lots of exciting opportunities before you join us in September, including virtual activities on Google Classroom, the Welcome Day on Wednesday 3rd July and I look forward to visiting lots of you at your primary schools too.
