How do we Communicate with Parents?

At South Wirral High School we use a number of ways to ensure home school communication is as clear as possible. Here you can find out how you can stay up to date, talk to us and see what is going on in school.

Our main method of communication is via our school App Arbor. You can download this app or access it on your computer using the steps below.

We are also active on Facebook and Twitter to ensure parents can see what is happening in school and to celebrate our students successes. You can follow us using the links below.

How do I download Arbor?

We encourage all parents to download the app to receive push notifications from school when there are updates or letters sent home.

Download the App

Go to your devices app store and search for “Arbor“. Or access the web app by going to https://southwirralschool.uk.arbor.sc

Sign in

Open the app and sign in. If you have forgotten your login details just tap the “Forgot your password” button and enter your email address.

Away you go

You have your own personal inbox to store messages and letters from school. You can also access your child’s attendance, assessments, timetable, achievement points and update the information we hold about you.

  • To report a child's absence from school please contact the main office on 0151 327 3213
  • Your child's Head of Year is your main port of call for any queries regarding your child
  • All school letters are sent home via email and show in your EduLink One inbox

How do I reset my password?

If you haven’t logged in yet just click the “reset login” button on the login screen and enter your email. You will receive a password reset link via email.

If you have logged in go to the cog next to your name and choose “Change Password”.

 

How do I update my email address?

You can update information via the EduLink One app using the “Update Information” tab or by emailing [email protected].
