Dear Parents/Carers,
Information about the End of the School Year
The term will end on Tuesday July 23rd at 1pm. School Buses will run as normal on that day at 3pm. Please let school know before the 19th July if you need your child to be supervised until 3pm via schooloffice@southwirral.wirral.sch.uk.
Results Days
Year 13 results are released on Thursday August 15th and Year 11 results are released on Thursday August 22nd. Parents of Y13 and Y11 students should already have received an email giving further details of these two days.
There will be a phased start to the next academic year to allow year groups to be inducted separately.
Year 7 – Start Tuesday September 3rd
On this day students should arrive at school ready for an 8.35am start, and enter via the Student Entrance. The pastoral team will be there to meet them and show them to the main hall. Students should be in full school uniform and have all their equipment as detailed in this letter. Normal lessons will start from period 4.
Year 12 – Start Tuesday September 3rd at 11.15 am
Year 12 should go straight to the Drama Studio at 11.00 am and will start their normal lessons from period 4.
Years 8, 9, 10, 11, & 13 – Start Wednesday 4th September
All students should arrive at school at 8.35 am and go to their lines as usual.
On this day all students will have an extended form period and an assembly from 8.35 to 10.45am. They will start normal lessons from period 3.
