Dear Parents/Carers,
Information about the End of the School Year
The term will end on Wednesday July 20th at 3pm, at the normal time. Buses will run as normal on that day.
For students who are not attending trips on that day, we will have a normal school day.
Results Days
Year 13 results are released on Thursday August 18th and Year 11 results are released on Thursday August 25th. Parents of Y13 and Y11 students should already have received an email giving further details of these two days.
There will be a phased start to the year to allow year groups to be inducted separately.
Year 7 – Start Monday September 5th
On this day students should arrive at school ready for an 8.45am start, and enter via the Student Entrance. The pastoral team will be there to meet them and show them to the main hall. Students should be in full school uniform and have all their equipment as detailed in this full letter. Normal lessons will start from period 4.
Year 12 – Start Monday September 5th at 11.15 am
Year 12 should go straight to the Main Hall at 11.15 am and will start their normal lessons from period 4.
Years 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 – Start Tuesday 6th September
All students should arrive at school at 8.45 am and report to Student Entrance to find out where their form room is.
On this day all students will have a form period from 8.45 to 9.45 and will start normal lessons from period 2.
