The governors of South Wirral High School have taken a decision to consider applying to join The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT). We  believe this will benefit our students and staff considerably.

This decision has been taken after working in partnership with TCAT for the last 18 months, during which time the Governors have also researched all the other multi-academy trusts in the area. We feel that TCAT is the right trust for our school.

The Government vision is for all schools to join multi academy trusts by 2030. This proposal sets out a bold and ambitious plan for the future of South Wirral High School.

We would like to invite all parents and wider stakeholders to participate in a consultation about this proposal.
