A Level Results 2015 – 100% Pass Rate

A-Level-Results

A level students at South Wirral High School were celebrating yet another 100% pass rate in their studies. All university applicants received their first choice of University with a significant number destined for Russell Group Universities, as a result of grades A*,A and B. These include  Ellen Davies studying Biological Sciences at Edinburgh and Anya Harrison, Neuroscience at Manchester.  Destined for prestigious places at the University of Liverpool are Adam Garland, Abigail Watkins and Tom Weston all studying Psychology,  Michael Hulley for Accounting and Finance,  Laura Traynor forGeography and Elizabeth Triggs for Tropical Disease Biology. 

Many students are embarking on degrees which are the first steps to interesting careers. Georgia Racey beat hundreds of applicants to study Midwifery at Liverpool John Moores, Laura Gallantry studying Nursing,  Hannah Jones and Anna Yates both starting a Primary Education degree 

We look forward to seeing some of our students on the stage in the future.  James Allen, studying Comedy Writing and Performance, Elinor Boult who is at Royal Holloway pursuing her dream of Drama and Theatre studies and Anna Mason, Alex Loyden and Richard Pickstock with Music related degrees. 

Some students have also secured apprenticeships in Admin, Engineering and Welding & Fabricating.
